SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

Please note that once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect shipping address and/or phone number, the package will be returned to sender (RF Design) at the customer's expense.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders can be returned for free within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If you want to return your order please send us message via contact section before you send the item(s) back.

Item(s) must be sent back in original condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discreation, to determine if returned item(s) is in sale-able condition.
